Information is collected electronically through account forms, Apple sign-in, your activity and content, device permissions, app requests, support and event participation. It includes identity/contact and account information, date of birth and chosen gender, precise activity location and routes, community and event information, optional health data, device/security information and Apple subscription records. Purposes and grounds
Necessary account, running, game, event and subscription processing supports establishing and performing your service relationship, KVKK Article 5(2)(c). Applicable legal duties rely on Article 5(2)(ç); establishing, exercising or protecting rights may rely on Article 5(2)(e). Proportionate security, anti-abuse and reliability processing may rely on Article 5(2)(f), subject to your fundamental rights and freedoms. Optional identity disclosure relies on your separate choice under Article 5(1), where consent is the applicable ground. Optional health information is processed only with explicit, purpose-specific consent and the applicable condition under Article 6. Acknowledging this notice is not permission for every optional purpose.
Recipients and transfers
Necessary information may be provided to hosting/infrastructure, email and push delivery, maps/geocoding, Apple authentication and purchase services; authorized participants or organizers receive information under the relevant feature and visibility choice. Valid legal obligations may require disclosures to competent authorities. Organizers are responsible for their separate processing. Overseas processing must satisfy Article 9 and its applicable transfer mechanism; ordinary terms acceptance is not a substitute. Contact us for the recipient and safeguard details relevant to your information.
Article 11 rights
You may learn whether your personal information is processed; request information about processing; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know domestic and overseas recipients; request correction; request deletion or destruction where the law's conditions are met; request notification of correction or deletion to recipients; object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Apply through the contact form at https://rund.run/support.html with your request and enough account information for proportionate verification. Account settings also provide editing, export and deletion controls. A request is answered as soon as possible and normally within 30 days under KVKK Article 13. Additional lawful request channels and formal identification requirements may apply. We do not require unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email. If you require a formal service channel, ask through this contact form. You retain complaint rights before the Personal Data Protection Authority.
Separate choices
You may decline optional Apple Health access, optional photo/name disclosure and notifications without consenting to unrelated processing. Location is required only for features that actually need precise tracking. Change device permissions, revoke a buddy connection or leave an event to stop future sharing through that feature.
