Account and privacy

Edit your profile, export account information or delete your account in Rund's account settings. For further access, correction or erasure requests, choose "Privacy / KVKK request" above and use your account email and runner number so we can verify you proportionately.

Rund Pro

Manage or cancel renewal in iPhone Settings, then your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases in Rund with the original Apple and Rund accounts. Apple handles refund requests. Deleting Rund or its account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Safety and reports

Use in-app reporting and blocking for abusive content or users. For an app problem, include your app version, device model and a brief description. Rund is not an emergency service: contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
