Welcome to Rund. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Rund.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You must meet the minimum age required in your country to use a social fitness app.

Acceptable use

• Run safely and follow local laws and traffic rules — your safety is your responsibility.
• Don’t harass, impersonate, or post hateful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Don’t cheat, spoof your location, or interfere with the game or other users.
• Respect other runners’ privacy; don’t attempt to de-anonymize people who haven’t revealed to you.

We may remove content, mute, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to host and display it so the app can function (for example, showing your messages in a neighborhood chat).

Safety disclaimer

Rund is a game played in the real world. Always be aware of your surroundings. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise program. We are not liable for injuries that occur while using the app.

Changes & termination

We may update the app and these terms over time. You can stop using Rund at any time, and we may suspend access for violations of these terms.
